Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically or clinically diagnosed colorectal cancer; 2.Aged 18 years or older; 3.Planned for elective radical surgery for colorectal cancer; 4.No prior radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or other related antitumor therapy before surger; 5.ASA physical status classification I–III; 6.Availability of complete medical records; 7.Willingness to participate and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age younger than 18 years; 2.Requirement for combined organ resection; 3.Presence of severe active acute or chronic medical disease, or another malignancy; 4.Requirement for emergency surgery due to acute intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding, or similar urgent conditions; 5.Incomplete medical records; 6.Psychiatric disorders or other conditions preventing cooperation with the study procedures; 7.Poor compliance or other conditions judged by investigators to make participation inappropriate;
