Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for prospective studies: 1. clear consciousness, good communication, and able to cooperate with the questionnaire survey; 2. the subjects must sign an informed consent form before participating in the study and be able to participate in the study according to the protocol. Inclusion criteria for retrospective studies: 1. patients who visited the Sleep Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and underwent PSG examination between January 2023 and November 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for prospective studies: 1. Patients with severe mental illness; 2. Individuals who require long-term bed rest or have limited mobility and cannot visit a sleep center; 3. Patients with severe organ failure; 4. Patients with severe illness and acute infection or requiring long-term home oxygen therapy; 5. Total sleep time recorded during the test < 240 minutes; 6. Incomplete answers to the scale; 7. Patients who have received or are currently receiving OSA treatment; 8. Individuals with severe low back pain and scoliosis that affect the sleep monitoring mattress test; 9. Recent use of sedatives or hypnotics. Exclusion criteria for retrospective studies are the same as for prospective studies.
