Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.Total Body Surface Area (TBSA) = 20%; 3.Admission within 1 week after injury;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined severe traumatic brain injury, multiple fractures, or other major trauma; 2.History of autoimmune diseases, malignancies, or long-term use of immunosuppressants; 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4.Hospital stay < 72 hours;
