Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with typical neurogenic intermittent claudication and a definite clinical diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis; 2.MRI showing lumbar spinal canal stenosis with bilateral dural sac compression; 3.Failure of standardized conservative treatment for at least 3 months before surgery; 4.No obvious contralateral symptoms when in the supine position.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe bilateral spinal canal stenosis with significant bilateral radicular symptoms accompanied by muscle weakness; 2.Presence of spinal deformity, old fracture, or a definite history of spinal trauma; 3.Patients with severe comorbidities who are unable to tolerate surgery; 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 5.History of previous lumbar spine surgery.
