Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-35 years planned for FS-LASIK surgery; 2.Minimum preoperative corneal thickness >= 480 µm, residual postoperative corneal stromal bed thickness >= 300 µm; 3.Myopia: -1.00 D to -9.00 D, Astigmatism = 1.0 (LogMAR = 0.25 µm and total higher-order aberrations RMS >= 0.4 µm (measured by Keratron Scout corneal topographer);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active ocular disease; 2.Keratoconus or suspicious changes on corneal topography; 3.History of ocular surgery or trauma; 4.Pregnancy or lactation;
