Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer as stipulated in "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2023 Edition)" and has undergone the first colostomy surgery; (3) Has given informed consent and is willing to participate in this study. 2. Primary caregiver: (1) Age >= 18 years old, gender not restricted; (2) Family member or legal guardian; (3) Daily care time of at least 4 hours, total care duration of at least 3 months; (4) Normal cognitive function, able to understand and answer questions related to the study; (5) Voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients: (1) Non-primary cancer of colorectal origin; (2) Complicated with other major physical diseases; those with cognitive impairment, visual or auditory disorders; (3) Those who conceal their illness or are unaware of their condition; (4) Patients undergoing palliative treatment for colorectal cancer. 2. Primary caregivers: (1) Unable to regularly participate in the study or fulfill the follow-up requirements; nannies, caregivers, and other paid caregivers.
