Fatigue exercise group:Yerkes-Sorensen test (to create a fatigue model of the lumbar multifidus muscle) followed by 5 standing back extension movements
Fatigue non-exercise group:Yerkes-Sorensen test (to create a fatigue model of the lumbar multifidus muscle) followed by the same standing duration as the fatigue exercise group (without performing bac
Non-fatigue exercise group:No fatigue task, only perform 5 standing back extension movements

Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–45 years, female; 2. Body mass index (BMI) < 24 kg·m^-2; 3. No history of low back or neck pain or spinal surgery within the past year; 4. The ability to perform prone trunk lift required for the Biering–Sorensen test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any trunk/neck/posture-related musculoskeletal disorder; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Lactation; 4. Or other medical conditions contraindicating participation.
