60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60 or older who plan to undergo elective tumor surgery at our hospital; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Able to communicate independently before surgery, cognitive status assessable, MMSE >= 27; 4. Agree to perioperative bedside ultrasound examinations and postoperative follow-up; 5. Signed informed consent and approved by the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious neurological diseases or mental disorders before surgery; 2. Significant eye conditions that affect optic nerve sheath measurement; 3. Unable to cooperate with perioperative ultrasound exams or postoperative follow-ups; 4. Unexpected events or major complications during surgery that affect postoperative cognitive function; 5. Ultrasound images are severely limited and cannot be used for AI modeling.
