36 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women seeking surgical treatment primarily for pelvic organ prolapse; 2. Aged >= 30 years and <= 60 years; 3. POP-Q stage II-IV before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous pelvic surgery for urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, or other pelvic floor dysfunction; 2. Previous pelvic surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy for benign or malignant gynecological diseases; 3. Severe systemic diseases, such as unstable diabetes, heart disease, or malignant tumors in other body sites; 4. Contraindications to MRI, such as an intrauterine device, hip joint metallic implants, or a cardiac pacemaker.
