Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Select patients from the orthopedics department of our hospital who are scheduled to undergo shoulder arthroscopic examination and treatment, regardless of gender, aged 18 to 70 years, with ASA grade I to II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for general anesthesia and/or nerve block; 2. Combined with severe organ dysfunction; 3. Has a long history of opioid abuse; 4. Unable to communicate normally and cooperate to complete the pain score; 5. Refuse to sign the informed consent form.
