20 Years to 34 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for medical staff: 1. Working experience in obstetrics department >=1 year; 2. Junior professional title or above; 3. Bachelor's degree or higher. Inclusion criteria for parturient women: 1. Age 20-34 years; 2. Singleton, full-term pregnancy; 3. No history of mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: medical staff: 1. Members of the research team; 2. Rotating or training nurses. parturient women: 1. Complicated with diseases of important organs such as liver, kidney, or lung; 2. Presence of urinary tract infection before delivery; 3. Occurrence of severe maternal or neonatal complications.
