Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome, including ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), and unstable angina (UA); 2.Aged >= 18 years; 3.Clear consciousness, able to understand the study content, and able to complete electronic questionnaires on a smartphone after brief instruction; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously diagnosed with severe mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) or neurological deficits that affect questionnaire comprehension and completion, such as aphasia or alexia; 2.Critically ill (e.g., NYHA class IV heart failure, hemodynamic instability requiring continuous pharmacological support), unable to cooperate with the intervention and follow-up; 3.Participation in other investigational psychological interventions aimed at improving mood within the past 3 months; 4.Engagement in regular (usually defined as >= 3 days per week) religious gratitude practices (e.g., prayer, meditation, worship) within the past 3 months; 5.Currently receiving structured individual or group psychotherapy led by a psychotherapist.
