Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A registered practicing nurse working in clinical positions at Shanxi Bethune Hospital; 2. Have worked for the company for one year or more; 3. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced nurse; 2. Those whose families have experienced major upheavals or who are emotionally unstable within the last three months; 3. Due to various reasons, some respondents were unable to complete the questionnaire or participate in the interview.
