Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. Patients with osteoporosis, those who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis for the first time but have not received treatment; 3. No history of other serious diseases such as heart, lung, liver, etc., and good compliance; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Suffering from thyroid diseases, other endocrine disorders such as type I or type II diabetes; 3. Having a history of surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy for tumors; 4. Having a long-term history of taking hormone drugs that interfere with normal bone metabolism; 5. Patients who cannot understand the purpose of the study or refuse to comply with the study requirements; 6. Those without legal capacity or whose legal capacity is restricted; 7. Any medical history that, in the judgment of the researchers, may interfere with the test results or increase the risk for the patients.
