Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 40 years; 2.Diagnosed with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease according to the 2025 GOLD guidelines; 3.Sputum viscosity level II or III; 4.Patients who are conscious, have stable vital signs, and can cooperate; 5.Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent other respiratory system diseases; 2.Contraindications such as pneumothorax or hemoptysis; 3.Having a pacemaker installed or severe cardiovascular disease; 4.Skin infection or ulceration at the contact site; 5.Patients with mental disorders or cognitive impairment; 6.Those with severe visual or hearing loss, or severe illness preventing cooperation; 7.Participants in other studies or clinical trials.
