18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.? Age: = 18 years old; 2.? Healthy individuals or patients undergoing cardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation (duration > 2 hours), with ASA classification of I-III; 3.? Have signed the informed consent form; 4.? Have not participated in any other clinical trials within the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.? History of intestinal diseases; 2.? Pregnant and lactating women.
