Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years old, in good general health condition; 2.Patients with dentition defect scheduled for implant restoration, with buccal keratinized mucosa width (KMW) = 7 days and indicators return to normal; 6.Patients provide informed consent and sign the written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Surgical site adjacent to the mental foramen, requiring simultaneous bone augmentation surgery, or with previous history of mucosal gingival graft surgery; 3.History of head and neck radiotherapy; 4.Complicated with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, immunodeficiency, coagulation disorders, malignant tumors and other systemic diseases affecting tissue healing; 5.Taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs within 3 months before surgery; 6.Heavy smoking (>= 10 cigarettes per day).
