Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The female patients are aged 25-40 and need to undergo fallopian tube and hysteroscopy exams, with normal chromosomal tests for both partners. 1. Standard group patients: Infertility caused by male sperm issues, such as oligospermia or weak sperm, while the female partner has no abnormalities in fallopian tube or hysteroscopy exams. 2. Patients with abnormal uterine cavity environment (thin endometrium, recurrent miscarriage): (1) At least one failed IVF/ICSI-ET/FET transfer; (2) Endometrial thickness less than 7 mm after natural cycle or hormone replacement therapy (HRT); (3) Repeated checks showing thin endometrium and no abnormalities in hysteroscopy within the past six months. 3. Patients with fallopian tube abnormalities: Fallopian tube blockage/obstruction, hydrosalpinx, congenital malformations, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Standard group patients: Abnormalities were observed during the examination of the fallopian tubes and the uterine cavity.
