Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years, permanent resident of the community (residing for >= 3 years to ensure follow-up stability); 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for Motor Cognitive Risk Syndrome (MCR): The diagnosis of MCR requires meeting all of the following four aspects simultaneously:Slow gait speed: Gait speed is 1 or more standard deviations below the average of the same sex and age group. A 4-meter or 6-meter walking test is recommended for measurement. The Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia defines slow gait speed as < 1 m/s.Subjective cognitive decline: It is recommended to ask the elderly, "Do you feel that your memory is worse than before?" If the elderly person answers "Yes," it is defined as subjective cognitive decline;3.Normal activities of daily living: Able to independently complete eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility. 4.No dementia: Assessed using the MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) scale. Family members must sign the informed consent form for follow-up, and the participant must be able to cooperate with completing home-based tasks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease; 2.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (e.g., myocardial infarction, sequelae of cerebral infarction), malignant tumors, or expected survival < 3 years; 3.Acute rhinitis (symptomatic phase) or active chronic rhinitis; 1.Olfactory zone obstruction confirmed by nasal endoscopy (polyps, tumors); 4.Currently participating in other cognitive or motor intervention studies (to avoid overlapping interference).
