40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients aged 40-75 years. 2.Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (per the 2023 Guidelines for the Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis), with a Kellgren-Lawrence grade confirmed by knee X-ray. 3.Undergoing knee surgery for knee joint disease at our hospital, with accessible synovial fluid/synovial tissue intraoperatively, and able to cooperate with fecal sample collection. 4.Voluntarily participating in the study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 75 years. 2.Combined with other knee joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, infectious arthritis, or bone tumors. 3.Received antibiotics, probiotics, glucocorticoids, or immunosuppressants within the past 3 months. 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.Cognitive or communication disorders, unable to cooperate with data collection and sample collection. 6.Unable to provide knee joint fluid/synovial tissue or fecal samples as required.
