Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 50 years; 2.Permanent residents of the target communities in Fuzhou City (residing for = 6 months); 3. Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally, and capable of completing scale assessments and questionnaires; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with clinically diagnosed dementia, severe cognitive impairment, or other neurological disorders affecting cognitive function; 2.Individuals with psychiatric disorders or severe physical illnesses (such as severe cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, etc.) that prevent them from cooperating with the assessment; 3.Individuals with communication barriers, such as language or hearing impairments, that make them unable to complete the scale assessments and questionnaires; 4.Individuals with scalp diseases or recent use of hormonal medications that may affect cortisol detection. 5.Individuals who refuse to participate in the study or are unable to sign the informed consent form.
