Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years; 2. Diagnosed as uncomplicated acute appendicitis (UCAA) by imaging examination (CT or ultrasound); 3. Received either ERAT or LA treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or coagulation disorders; 3. Suspected appendiceal tumor or Crohn's disease; 4. History of complex right lower quadrant abdominal surgery; 5. Received more than 48 hours of antibiotic therapy before admission; 6. Severely incomplete clinical data.
