40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. COPD group (5 cases): Age 40–80 years, no gender restriction; meeting the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) diagnostic criteria: post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC = 0.70, FEV1% predicted >= 80%); no history of chronic respiratory diseases; voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent other respiratory diseases such as asthma, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, active pulmonary tuberculosis, interstitial lung disease, etc. 2.history of acute respiratory tract infection or acute exacerbation of COPD within the past 4 weeks; 3.concurrent severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency (NYHA class III–IV heart failure, Child-Pugh class C liver disease, eGFR 10 mg/day for more than 2 weeks); 6.pregnant or lactating women; 7.history of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment that prevents compliance with the study.
