22 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 22-45 years old; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Had thrombophilia within half a year since the previous pregnancy; 4. From pre-pregnancy and the first visit during the early pregnancy period to the end of the pregnancy; 5. Regular monitoring of coagulation and related immune indicators during the early pregnancy; 6. According to the patient's own condition and guidelines, expert consensus, receive anticoagulation, antiplatelet, immunosuppression and other treatments; 7. Voluntary participants in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. This pregnancy outcome indicates fetal chromosomal abnormalities, ectopic pregnancy, uterine malformations, and fetal deformities; 2. Those with severe liver and kidney function impairments, severe hypertension, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, confirmed malignant tumors, severe infections, active infectious diseases, and mental abnormalities; 3. Women with contraindications to aspirin and low-molecular-weight heparin; 4. Pregnant women who smoke or drink alcohol.
