18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-60 years old, gender not limited; 2. Have worked continuously in this hospital for no less than one year; 3. There is a CPSS score > 26, or an emotional exhaustion score >=27, or a depersonalization score >=13, or a low sense of achievement score >=17; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has a serious physical illness; 2.Has a severe mental illness; 3.Currently undergoing other psychological treatments or mindfulness training; 4.Unwilling to participate or expected to be unable to complete the entire intervention;
