Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 40-80, with no gender restrictions; 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for advanced PACG; 3.Individuals with significant cataracts or those who require lens extraction as assessed by a clinician; 4.It is difficult to control the intraocular pressure to the target level with medication; 5.Patients provide informed consent, demonstrate good compliance, and are able to complete follow-up visits;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of intraocular surgery or ocular trauma (excluding laser iridotomy or laser iridoplasty; 2.The structure of the anterior chamber angle is unclear; 3.Incorporate other types of glaucoma, such as primary open-angle glaucoma and various types of secondary glaucoma; 4.Long-term local or systemic use of glucocorticoids or concurrent severe systemic diseases;
