experimental group:Try inserting the gastroscope once the patient no longer shows any movement response to pressure on the jaw, that is, after losing any movement from jaw pressure.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Body mass index 25-30 kg/m^2; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are allergic to remimazolam or remifentanil; 2. Body mass index > 31 kg/m^2; 3. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, acute upper respiratory tract infection, or acute rhinitis; 4. History of tracheostomy or difficult intubation; 5. People with anemia, thrombocytopenia, or abnormal liver or kidney function; 6. Suspected gastrointestinal lesions requiring complex or therapeutic endoscopy; 7. Long-term use of sedatives or painkillers, mental illness, or neurological disorders; 8. Pregnant or breastfeeding.
