Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 12 and 80; 2. HAM-D24 Depression Score above 20;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Antibiotics are required two weeks before and during the treatment; 2.Severe diarrhea; 3.Participating in other clinical studies; 4.Serious lesions of important organs, organic diseases or other mental illness; 5.Allergic to lactic acid bacteria; 6.Depression caused by addictive chemicals; 7.Depression caused by psychoactive substances; 8.Have a severe suicidal tendency; 9.Preganant and breastfeeding people; 10.Other reasons which researchers believe are not suitable for clinical trials;
