Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2.Gestational age >= 28 weeks, in the third trimester of pregnancy; 3.Clear consciousness, capable of completing questionnaires independently or with assistance from researchers; 4.Provide informed consent and participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a diagnosed history of severe mental disorders or receiving systematic psychiatric treatment; 2. Complicated with severe obstetric complications requiring continuous in-hospital management, such as severe preeclampsia, placental abnormalities and imminent preterm labor.
