Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female; 2. Age 20–80 years; 3. Diagnosed with greater occipital neuralgia; 4. High compliance, able to complete all required examinations; 5. The patient and their family members have signed the informed consent form; 6. The patient is not participating in other clinical trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects lost to follow-up during the observation period; 2. Those with other types of neuropathic pain; 3. Those who received oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, small needle-knife therapy, manual massage, or other treatments during the observation period; 4. Those with coagulation dysfunction or hepatic/renal insufficiency; 5. Infection at the puncture site; 6. Diabetic patients; 7. Those with bone lesions, other chronic wasting diseases, or tumor patients.
