Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gouty stone resection using ultrafine incision cleaning surgery 2. Written informed consent form signed by the subject or their family (guardian) agreeing to participate in this trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with postoperative resection of non gouty tophi
