Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–75 years (inclusive), no gender restriction; 2.Confirmed advanced metastatic colorectal cancer via histopathological examination; 3.Patients with disease progression or intolerance after two prior lines of therapy; 4.Patients receiving bevacizumab combined with TAS-102 as third-line treatment; 5.Relatively complete clinical data available, including baseline imaging data (CT/MRI), efficacy evaluation data after at least one cycle of third-line therapy, and complete survival data (date of death or last follow-up date).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent other active malignant tumors; 2.Severe hepatic insufficiency (ALT or AST > 5×ULN) or severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance CrCl 180/110 mmHg); 4.Intestinal obstruction, perforation, or active gastrointestinal hemorrhage; 5.Prior treatment with TAS-102 or trifluridine (FTD)/tipiracil (TPI); 6.Interval between second-line and third-line treatment < 2 weeks; 7. Missing key efficacy assessment data (e.g., absence of baseline imaging or imaging evaluation after at least one course of treatment);
