18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have had their ventilators removed after cardiac surgery; 2. Age: 18 - 80 years old; 3. Postoperative pulmonary imaging indicates atelectasis; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I - II; 5. Poor expectoration effect, hypoxemia; 6. Unexplained fever, search for infection source.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Those with severe coagulation dysfunction, bleeding tendency or active massive hemoptysis; 3. Those with full stomach or gastrointestinal obstruction and retention of gastric contents; 4. Those with extremely unstable circulatory and respiratory systems that are not under control; 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification greater than or equal to grade III. 6. Those who need to change the sedation method during the examination for various reasons; 7. Those whose examination is prematurely terminated for various reasons.
