Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Patients who meet the primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS) classification criteria jointly developed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2016, or have been diagnosed with pSS by a second level or higher hospital; 3. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combining diseases such as severe heart, brain, kidney, or malignant tumors that may seriously affect quality of life scores (such as the MFI-20 scale); 2. Individuals with severe mental illness, intellectual disability, or cognitive impairment who are unable to provide objective and truthful feedback on their own condition and psychological state; 3. Other situations where one is unable or unwilling to cooperate in completing the questionnaire, such as participating in other clinical trials or intervention studies that may affect the results of this study;
