50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 70 years old; 2. KOA group: Patients diagnosed with Kellgren-Lawrence grade ?–? knee osteoarthritis, scheduled for arthroscopic surgery, with synovial hyperplasia and cartilage wear visible under arthroscopy; 3. Control group: Patients with isolated knee trauma requiring arthroscopic exploration, without imaging manifestations of cartilage degeneration or history of chronic joint pain; 4. Complete clinical data, voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent for human specimen research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients complicated with rheumatoid arthritis,; 2. Gouty arthritis and other inflammatory joint diseases; those with continuous use of glucocorticoids or lipid-lowering drugs within the past 3 months; 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction or a history of systemic malignant tumors; 4. Subjects with missing clinical data that cannot complete testing.
