Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Refractive error (spherical equivalent = sphere + 1/2 cylinder) between -6.00 D and +3.00 D, with best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) >= 1.0; 2. Visiting our outpatient clinic for a refractive error follow-up or with chief complaints of mild visual fatigue; 3. Able to clearly and accurately recall and provide their electronic device usage habits over the past year; 4. No known history of ocular or systemic diseases that could affect ocular structure, blood perfusion, or visual function (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, or autoimmune diseases); 5. Age 18 to 45 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of refractive media opacities that may affect fundus image quality (e.g., corneal leukoma or cataracts); 2. Presence of glaucoma, macular diseases, retinal vascular diseases, or other organic ocular pathologies; 3. Presence of systemic diseases or a recent history of medication use that may affect vasomotor function, ocular blood perfusion, or microcirculation; 4. Engaged in occupations requiring regular, prolonged near work (near work > 8 hours/day);
