Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 40 years; 2.Neurologist conducts a neurological examination, with no signs of focal neurological deficits; 3.To make this study as natural and realistic as possible, participants may have cardiovascular risk factors such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes; 4.Montreal Cognitive Assessment : A scale used for the rapid screening of cognitive impairment. It includes 11 test items covering eight cognitive domains: attention and concentration, executive function, memory, language, visuospatial skills, abstract thinking, calculation, and orientation. The total score is 30 points, with>=26 considered normal; scores below 26 are eligible for inclusion;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of stroke or other neurological diseases; 2.Severe heart, liver, kidney, lung, or tumor diseases; 3.Presence of autoimmune diseases; 4.Infection at the time of enrollment;
