Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years. 2. Have a clear diagnosis of chronic heart failure established by a clinician. 3. Currently in a relatively stable clinical condition, conscious, and able to complete the interview. 4. Have engaged in alcohol consumption after the diagnosis of heart failure, including those who are currently still drinking, or those who have since stopped drinking due to changes in disease status, PCI/stent implantation, hospitalization, symptom exacerbation, medical advice, family discouragement, or personal health considerations. 5. Able to recall and describe their experiences, thoughts, and behavioral changes related to alcohol consumption following the diagnosis of heart failure. 6. Possess basic verbal expression and communication skills. 7. Provide informed consent, voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and are willing to undergo subsequent follow-up interviews.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently in an acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure, severe dyspnea, acute phase of acute coronary syndrome, or other unstable conditions, and thus temporarily unsuitable for interview; 2. Have severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders, hearing impairment, speech or language impairment, or other conditions that would significantly affect the effectiveness of the interview; 3. Have severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders, hearing impairment, speech or language impairment, or other conditions that would significantly affect the effectiveness of the interview; 4. Are unable to complete the follow-up assessments, or explicitly express unwillingness to be interviewed again in the future.
