Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents aged 7–18 years; 2. Fully conscious, with intact mobility and no history of severe psychiatric disorders; 3. Overweight or obese: Height and weight measurements were performed in strict accordance with the *National Student Common Diseases and Health Impact Factor Monitoring and Intervention Technical Work Manual*. Classification followed the national health industry standard *WS/T 586–2018 — Screening for Overweight and Obesity in School-Age Children and Adolescents*: participants with BMI = the 85th percentile (P85) but < the 95th percentile (P95) for their sex- and age-specific reference population were classified as overweight; those with BMI = P95 were classified as obese; 4. Scoliosis: Assessed per the *GB/T 16133–2014 Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Spinal Curvature Abnormalities in Children and Adolescents*, and confirmed using the criteria outlined in the *Screening for Spinal Curvature Abnormalities in Children and Adolescents* protocol; 5. Myopia: Diagnosed in accordance with the *WS/T 663–2020 Screening Specifications for Refractive Error in Primary and Secondary School Students*: uncorrected visual acuity < 5.0 (logMAR = 0.1) combined with non-cycloplegic autorefraction spherical equivalent = –0.50 D; unilateral myopia was sufficient for classification as myopic; 6. Mild to moderate depressive symptoms or depressive tendencies, assessed using the validated Chinese version of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) adapted for children and adolescents; 7. Comorbidity: Presence of at least two of the above-defined conditions concurrently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals under 18 years of age presenting with severe ophthalmic disorders, spinal deformities, psychiatric or neurodevelopmental conditions, or other medical conditions that significantly impair motor function. 2. Participants with secondary obesity, structural scoliosis, pathological myopia, or psychiatric comorbidities attributable to underlying systemic disease. 3. Individuals exhibiting cardiovascular dysfunction, as confirmed by comprehensive physical examination and standardized exercise stress testing. 4. Individuals currently undergoing concurrent therapeutic interventions that may confound outcome assessment or interact with the study protocol.
