Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 8 years; 2.Patients diagnosed with allergic conjunctivitis (AC) in the active phase, or healthy individuals serving as controls; 3.Able to assist with meibomian gland function and ocular surface examinations; 4.The guardian must sign the informed consent form; children (aged 8 or older) must sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of eye trauma or surgery; 2.Active eye infections other than AC; 3.Use of topical or systemic medications that affect meibomian gland function within the past 3 months (e.g., azithromycin, doxycycline, isotretinoin, topical corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, antiallergic medications); 4.Confirmed infectious blepharitis; 5.Active, severe corneal ulcer that has not healed; 6.Wearing contact lenses (including soft, hard, and orthokeratology lenses); 7.Children with Bonini stage 4 (shield-shaped ulcer) or stage 5 (scarring stage);
