Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years; 2. Scheduled for elective thyroid surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University; 3. Provided written informed consent by patient or legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected operative time > 3 h; 2. Neurological or psychiatric disorders; 3. Vestibular dysfunction; 4. Gastrointestinal diseases; 5. Use of antiemetics or steroids within 72 h before surgery; 6. Severe cardiac or respiratory diseases; 7. Cognitive impairment unable to cooperate with follow-up; 8. Allergy to any study medications.
