Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Rome III diagnostic criteria for constipation; 2. Have a confirmed diagnosis of colonic slow transit constipation; 3. Suffer from severe chronic symptoms that affect the patient's quality of life; 4. Have failed conservative medical treatment for more than 5 years; 5. Age 15; 8. The patient has provided informed consent to undergo surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic diseases such as colorectal tumors, inflammatory bowel disease, or polyps; 2. Patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, outlet obstruction, or talis muscle spasm indicated by defecography; 3. Patients with psychiatric symptoms such as depression.
