Inclusion criteria: 1.Induction of labor at 12-40 weeks of gestation; 2.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of severe complex fetal malformations; 3.The anatomical structure of the induced labor fetus is intact;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The family members do not consent to fetal autopsy; 2.The induced aborted fetal tissue has undergone autolysis due to decomposition;
