Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have formed complete medical records (including basic patient information, relevant diagnosis and treatment records, etc.) in the information system;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete medical records in the information system;personnel working in the pilot department but whose positions have nothing to do with the outpatient patient flow line and platform usage, such as administrative and logistical staff.
