Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 years or older; 2.Presence of persistent self-perceived memory decline within the past 5 years; 3.Normal Activities of Daily Living (ADL); 4.A score of >5 on the SCD-Q9 questionnaire; 5.Normal performance on standardized neuropsychological tests; 6.Absence of severe head motion artifacts, scalp infections, or other factors that could interfere with optical signal acquisition; 7.Not concurrently participating in other clinical drug trials; 8.Provision of written informed consent, demonstrating voluntary participation and commitment to complete the follow-up assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy); 2.Psychiatric conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety) responsible for pseudo-cognitive complaints; 3.Significant systemic illnesses (e.g., severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal failure, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin B12 deficiency); 4.History of drug or alcohol dependence; 5.Long-term use of medications that significantly impact cognitive function; 6.Inability to walk independently;
