Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for chronic wounds in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Refractory Wounds in Traumatology and Orthopedics (2023 Edition)" (wound healing time > 4 weeks). 2. The bacterial culture of the wound secretions was confirmed to be MDRO infection, which met the criteria of the 2022 multi-society joint guideline. 3. Aged between 18 and 80 years. 4.The wound area is 2cm×2cm to 10cm×10cm. 5.The clinical data is complete and the required indicators can be extracted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant severe organ failure (involving the heart, liver, or kidneys), malignant tumors, or immunodeficiency diseases. 2. Concurrent participation in other clinical intervention studies that could influence the results of this study. 3. Documented history of allergy to disinfectants such as povidone-iodine or hypochlorous acid. 4. Pregnancy or lactation.
