60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60–80 years; 2. ASA classification: Class I–III; 3. Scheduled to undergo total hip replacement under general anesthesia; 4. Surgery duration <= 2 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients who have been taking analgesics long-term prior to surgery; 3. Obesity (BMI > 28); 4. Patients with pre-existing neuropsychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate or communicate effectively; 5. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction or diabetes; 6. Patients with an infection at the acupuncture site; 7. Patients with severe coagulation disorders or drug allergies; 8. Patients who were lost to follow-up or withdrew from the study.
