Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and are confirmed by abdominal ultrasound or imaging examinations. 2. All patients have stable conditions without severe complications involving other vital organs. 3. Patients have clear consciousness and normal cognitive function, and are capable of cooperating with treatment. 4. Patients have no severe liver dysfunction and basically normal coagulation function, and are eligible for surgery. 5. Patients and their families sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients misdiagnosed without meeting the diagnostic criteria for gallstones, or patients without surgical indications. 2. Patients complicated with malignant tumors, psychiatric disorders or cognitive dysfunction. 3. Patients complicated with coagulation disorders, malignancies or other severe illnesses. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Patients who refuse to be enrolled in the ERAS group.
