Observation group(ERAS refined nursing group, n=60):Preoperative Yi-Chinese bilingual health education, psychological intervention, pulmonary function training
shortened preoperative fasting: solid food prohibited 6h before operation, water forbidden 2h before operation, preoperative intravenous nutrition support
smoking and alcohol cessation guidance.2.Intraoperative nursing: intraoperative temperature protection including environmental warming, warmed infusion and reduced skin exposure to keep body temperatu
restrictive fluid infusion.3.Postoperative nursing: early semi-recumbent position, early out-of-bed activity and early liquid diet

Control group (conventional traditional nursing group, n=60):Adopt conventional perioperative nursing for LC in our hospital: preoperative fasting for 12h and water deprivation for 6h routinely

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and are confirmed by abdominal ultrasound or imaging examinations. 2. All patients have stable conditions without severe complications involving other vital organs. 3. Patients have clear consciousness and normal cognitive function, and are capable of cooperating with treatment. 4. Patients have no severe liver dysfunction and basically normal coagulation function, and are eligible for surgery. 5. Patients and their families sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients misdiagnosed without meeting the diagnostic criteria for gallstones, or patients without surgical indications. 2. Patients complicated with malignant tumors, psychiatric disorders or cognitive dysfunction. 3. Patients complicated with coagulation disorders, malignancies or other severe illnesses. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Patients who refuse to be enrolled in the ERAS group.
