Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 14 - 26 years old young people; 2. Gender: No restrictions; 3. Living status: School students; 4. No history of other physical or mental diseases, no history of major surgical treatment; 5. No contraindications for exercise; 6. No color blindness, mental illness, heart disease, hypertension, etc. 7. No use of antibiotics, antihypertensive drugs, etc. in the past three months; 8. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects can decide to withdraw from the experiment on their own; 2. Those who have continuously stopped exercise training for more than three times due to occasional adverse events or other reasons during the experimental period; 3. Have contraindications for exercise, such as heart or joint/skeletal diseases; 4. Have intracranial injuries. Those with implanted metal objects in their bodies, such as pacemakers or stents; 5. Have heart diseases and bone and joint disorders, or have a history of major surgical treatments.
