Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults diagnosed with rotator cuff injury and undergoing shoulder arthroscopy for the first time; 2.Age 18-70; 3.ASA 1-3; 4.No contraindications to regional block; 5.Signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Obesity (BMI>35kg/m^2); 2.Have a cognitive or language impairment that prevents them from communicating; 3.Contraindication to regional block; 4.Non-signing of informed consent; 5.local anesthetic allergy; 6.Recent heart attack; 7.glaucoma; 8.goiter (enlargement of thyroid gland); 9.Cardiac excitation conduction abnormalities; 10.Have severe cardiopulmonary disease; 11.liver and kidney failure; 12.have conceived; 13.Previous chronic opioid use; 14.Less than 18 years old or more than 70 years old; 15.Presence of nerve or anatomical defects in the upper extremities; 16.Failed nerve block;
